Ishida’s integrated total packaging system (iTPS) is available in ‘single-tube’ or ‘twin-tube’
versions with automatic air-fill and jaw product in seal detection technology incorporated into the
bagmaker to achieve the highest quality of packaging every time.
The high-speed deflation technology delivers consistent pack inflation to maximise your
customer’s brand quality. An inbuilt flow meter combined with an electro-pneumatic controlled
valve allows for the precise delivery of nitrogen to each pack, as defined by the pre-set
configuration, minimising nitrogen waste whilst maintaining pack seal performance.
