Description
Dual lane portioning machine that cuts fresh fish fillets, fresh poultry
fillets, or boneless thigh meat into portions of fixed weight, fixed
thickness, or a combination of variable weight and thickness with
the option of adjusting the cutting angle of the knife in each lane
independently to 0°, 15°, 30°, or 45° from vertical.
